Every plan includes unlimited tasks and unlimited revisions for one flat monthly price. You can send as many design requests as you need. What changes between plans is how many hours of design work you get each day and how many designers work on your account at a time.

Your designer works on one job at a time, in the order you set. You decide what comes first, so your most urgent request is always at the top of the queue.

Each plan comes with a fixed number of design hours a day. Starter includes 4 hours a day, and Pro and Team include 8 hours a day. You choose your fixed working hours when you start your plan, so you always know when your designer is working for you.

Starter (US$349/month) gives you 4 hours of design work a day for 1 user and suits a steady flow of design work. Pro (US$449/month) gives you 8 hours a day for 2 users, which suits busy marketing calendars. Team (US$999/month) gives you 8 hours a day for 3 users with 2 graphic designers working on your account at a time, plus phone and email support. If you are not sure, tell us about your workload and we will recommend a plan.

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited revisions, so you can keep refining a design until you are happy with it. There is no extra charge per revision.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You choose your plan and your fixed working hours, and nothing is charged today. Your first payment is taken after the 3 days, and you can cancel before then, no questions asked.

Yes. Choose quarterly billing and you save 10% compared with paying month by month. You are billed for 3 months at a time instead of every month.

There is no long-term contract. Plans run month to month (or quarter to quarter if you choose quarterly billing), and you can cancel any time, no questions asked.

Our designers cover branding (logos and brand identity), print design (brochures, flyers and more), marketing creatives (ad and campaign visuals), packaging (product and label design), social media graphics (posts, stories and covers), business stationery (business cards, letterheads and envelopes), presentations (pitch decks and company profiles) and banners and displays (banners, standees and signage artwork).

Where relevant to your project, we prepare print-ready artwork and export in formats such as PDF, AI, PNG, JPG and SVG, with CMYK for print and RGB for digital. Tell us the formats you need in your brief.
